Happy May Day,

I looked at the photo from the last post and holy smokes have my grandkids changed!!!  No sense apologizing for all the time since the last post, but tonight I will make a new entry for 2026!!  One things for certain in life, days turn into week, into months, into years in the blink of an eye!!  Nothing stays the same - and many days we can be grateful for that.  So to "catch you up" since 2024, I still work seasonally at the tax office, i LOVE being a grandmother to two awesome kids, so I especially appreciate summers off from the tax office, and I am continuing to learn surface design online.  Two years ago or so I took a class with the encouragement of Wheezer and I still don't know how I did pattern work without that knowledge and illustrator program.  Some days I chuckle at it but am thankful for the knowledge I have gained and the appreciation I have for what I have learned the past 2 years.  I also have learned that one is never too old to take a class and learn!!  Never doubt yourself!!  

As for shop happenings, I have a Tshirt quilt to sew for a close friend, and then on to paths not yet discovered.  I am working on a new wool block of the month - actually the samples are stitched so finishing up the paperwork part and pricing so will be revealing the details to that shortly.
