"Ginger & Spice" is a wool applique mat that finishes approx. 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" and is perfect to be used "as is" or to be put on the Penny Around foundation stand. This is also a great project for you to show off your hand at embroidery and French knots!
If you find the added embroidery/French knot details on the heart to be intimidating...don't worry. It does look cute without it. You can also trace my pattern photo onto Transfer-Eze (drop me an e-mail and I'll give you more info about that) and embroider over the top of the copied design.
